The estate has a 3000 m2 large garden. It is located in a peaceful location on the edge of the village of Gradenc, in the middle of a hilly wine-growing district, only 7 kilometres from the town of Žužemberk.
In farm house Lipa up to 8 people can stay, in the farm house Vrba up to 6 people. The house can be hired together or separately.
The Krka valley offers many different activities, among others cycling, walking, mountain walking, fly fishing, kayaking, golf, a visit to Žužemberk Castle, ….
The house is surrounded by a wonderful garden with a beautiful outdoor dining area, barbecue area and boules court. On the estate there is also a small wooden granary, excellent for children's play.
