In the lower Vipava Valley, right on the border with Italy, we are in Orehovlje in the building of a former mill, six apartments were created in the attic rooms. Apartments and rooms V mlinu Miren, Nova Gorica are located right by the weir on the river Vipava. So all the apartments have a view of the 60 m long waterfall that drops over the weir, of the pool below the weir and of the river Vipava. On the building there is still preserved a mill wheel, which still turns.

The murmur of the water over the weir has a relaxing effect, so a stay with us is suitable for everyone who wants a break in a peaceful setting by the water. The apartments are of various sizes – double and four-bed.

The entrance to the apartments is shared. Each apartment is one-bedroom, each separately with a bathroom and WC. One apartment has a veranda, and four have windows with a French balcony. All the apartments are equipped with a kitchen with all the crockery, a fridge, an electric cooker, an extractor hood and a sink, with air conditioning and heating, digital TV and wireless internet, a table and chairs, beds, bedside cabinets, a wardrobe, a cabinet for the TV and luggage, a wall mirror and a wall coat rack. Two apartments also have a fold-out sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a WC, an ordinary or a massage shower cabin, a washbasin, a mirror, a cabinet and a hairdryer. A speciality of our apartments is that each is furnished in a different colour. So we have apartments in light blue, yellow, green, orange, light violet and pink. Beside the building there is a car park for six cars. The apartments can also be rented as rooms with breakfast. The continental breakfast is prepared in advance and guests serve it themselves in the apartment.
