GYM
The fitness room is in an airy, bright space. It is equipped with machines for all the important muscle groups. The machines and the cardio equipment for aerobic training are by Technogym.
An experienced instructor will draw up a programme to your expectations: weight loss, gaining muscle mass, maintaining fitness, body shaping or rehabilitation after illness and injury.
GYM timetable:
We are open every day except Sunday from 15 to 23, and on Saturdays from 10 to 16. By arrangement, training is also possible in the morning and on Sundays.
SAUNA
The classic Finnish sauna with a capacity of up to 8 visitors stands in a larger room, which also contains a shower.
The area intended for cooling down and resting is at the same time a space for calming the everyday rhythm or for a chat with friends, while doing something for yourself along the way.
SOLARIUM
The Ergoline solarium is located in a room near the sauna. It has a separate facial tanner apart from the other 26 tubes for the body. We recommend it, since thanks to regular servicing and replacement of the tubes it is a safe tanning appliance. We recommend it as a therapy for various skin conditions (e.g. for psoriasis). In winter, tanning in the solarium strengthens our immune system and improves our appearance.
Timetable for sauna and solarium:
We are open every day from 7 to 23 h, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 to 23 h.
