In the summer of 1999 the legendary rafting team, called Bobri (the Beavers), won the gold medal at the world championship in South Africa. That was already their sixth world championship gold in a row. Two years later two Beavers founded, in the small town of Bovec, which lies beside the emerald river Soča, the sports agency Aktivni Planet. The right recipe for adrenaline rafting Bovec; the Soča is our home and our joy.

After years of hard practice, we still do what we love – we work on the river with dedication.
- KAYAKING: Are you a beginner or already an experienced kayaker and want to paddle the rapids of the wild emerald river Soča?
No worries, the crystal Soča is a real paradise for kayakers, since it ranges from calm stretches for beginners, through intermediate grades, all the way to technically very demanding sections for the experienced.
That is precisely why we have prepared several different kayaking programmes for you. We offer you a one-day, two-day or five-day kayak school for beginners, a kayak Bovec descent with an inflatable kayak – Guppy, and a guided kayak descent for already experienced kayakers.
All the same, the Soča is not our only playground. If you don't spot your guide surfing on the surface, they are probably looking for a hold on one of the limestone climbing walls nearby, or is leaving a cloud of dust behind while cycling on the countless paths of the surrounding hills. Far from sight, in the company of friends, they chase pillars hanging in the mountain walls. Or perhaps they are crawling through crevices in the underground of the high-mountain karst.

That way adrenaline will quickly take over your fear, and as the finishing touch you will be able to admire the breathtaking view of Bovec and of the veteran peaks of the Julian Alps.
CANYONING: Join us for adventurous canyoning, where fun is guaranteed!The gorge where the Sušec canyoning takes place is an easy canyon, which with undemanding jumps and natural slides carved into the rock will provide fun for every single participant. Sušec canyoning is suitable for beginners as well as for families and children.
And of course, do not hold it against the absorbed guide when, all covered in grime, they grumble something into their beard. They are probably looking for the spanner of their 4×4 jeep.
