Stari vrh inn and guesthouse is located at the Stari vrh ski resort above Škofja Loka (1032 m). It lies at the top of the new six-seater chairlift, on the plateau above the village of Zapreval, where there is a magnificent view of the Karavanke and the Kamnik-Savinja Alps.

Why put it off? Visit us, perhaps you will come for an outing, skiing, a Sunday lunch, or to organise a party… We do recommend, however, that you call first and reserve your own corner. That way the pleasure will be greater.

Far from the noise of the road you will rest and refresh yourself with home-made food. In the guesthouse and pension Stari vrh we prepare feasts from the bread oven and the wood-fired stove, which gives the dishes a distinctive taste. We have soups, one-pot dishes,…..pizzas, home-made desserts, a varied choice of seasonal salads, and at weekends at least three kinds of lunch.

In the lodge there is a restaurant for 100 people, rooms for 26 people and a bar for 40 people. We organise weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and, for larger groups, Sunday lunches, confirmations, picnics, and multi-day seminars can also be organised at our place.

I have six rooms available for twenty-five people. Each room has a TV and a bathroom with a shower cabin. We let the rooms all year round.

In winter you can enjoy the beautifully maintained ski slopes(ski resort covering 50 ha, a six-seater chairlift, four ski tows, a competition run, cross-country trails).

In summer you can spend pleasant days in nature Stari vrh and its surroundings.
