Kaliska hotel B&B Pernica is the first design/boutique hotel in the eastern part of Slovenia. Maribor is a ten-minute drive along the motorway, whose noise, however, you will not hear here. We are located in the tranquil surroundings of the settlement of Močna. The pace of life is slow and friendly. Kaliska hotel B&B has underfloor and wall heating/cooling provided by a heat pump. There are no air-conditioning units in our rooms and your body will be grateful for that. The building is genuinely ecological, as CO2 emissions are as much as 70% lower than if we used fossil fuels. Despite the fact that we are surrounded by nature and a nearby lake, there are two motorway junctions in the immediate vicinity: Pernica and Lenart. Just under 40 minutes and you will be in Graz or at the Hungarian border, depending on which direction we drive.

If you take the motorway that leads to Ptuj (in just 20 minutes) you will soon also be at the Croatian border. On returning home you will remember how lovely it was at Kaliska, how peaceful it was to sit on its balcony, hearing only the twittering of birds and watching the sunset over the nearby lake, the Slovenske gorice and Pohorje. At Kaliska hotel B&B you can borrow bicycles free of charge to visit one of the nearby places or for a cycling ramble along the surrounding roads.

All our hotel rooms are attractively furnished and offer maximum comfort. What sets us apart from the competition is individualism, expressed above all in the look of the rooms. With us you will not find "hotel" uniformity; you will be filled with a feeling of homeliness. Everything is "on a human scale", and at Kaliska you will not be looking for a small television somewhere in the corner of the room, nor in the bathroom for a corner where you could put down your shampoo.

All guests of the Kaliska hotel have the cuisine of the Šiker inn available. It is located only 300 metres from the hotel and you can walk or drive there. There you can supplement your breakfast with lunch and dinner as well, i.e. with half board or full board. The Šiker inn is probably the only inn in Slovenia in which a rich culinary heritage has been passed from generation to generation since 1870.

In our wellness area we can boast a sauna that we are the only ones in the entire country to have! It is a top product of the legendary Jacuzzi company and the renowned Italian designer Apostoli. Another superbly designed product is the whirlpool tub of the renowned Teuco company. The offer is rounded off by a relaxation area offering a unique view of the nearby lake and a sun deck in front of which there is a small pond.

Very few hotel buildings can boast of having a golf simulator. What could be nicer than the possibility, after a demanding meeting or day, of spending the night in this building and gathering new strength, while spending that precious afternoon hour or two in the company of the simulator, which will enable you next spring or summer to step onto the grass of a golf course and surprise everyone with excellent form.
