Wishing to prove his professional ability, Ivica Eva?i? - Ivek took over in 2004 the reins of the then run-down restaurant of Hotel Marina, which was regarded as a typical restaurant intended for the board meals of hotel guests. Together with a capable, promising and well-educated team he built a success story. The restaurant, which in the past had flirted with a negative reputation, became a favourite destination for lovers of good food and a noble drop.
The primary ingredient of the story we offer you in the restaurant of Hotel Marina is top-quality produce. Ivek places special emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. He prepares food using both traditional and modern methods, but always healthily, without reheating, without added colourings, preservatives, flavour enhancers or the like.
