The house is located in a wonderful spot in Fiesa (Piran), above the Piran cliffs. It offers a wonderful view of the bay at Fiesa, of Strunjan and of Trieste. The house is located in a quiet area that offers peace and room for rest.

Because of the large garden and sufficient natural shade it is suitable for families with children. Guests are expected not to make noise after 22.00. The house has been newly renovated and rearranged. It also has a heating system, which makes it suitable for year-round living.

The beach, which is located beneath the cliff on the northern side of the Piran peninsula, is about 130 m from the house, about 3 minutes' walk along the path used by the neighbours.

Along the beach there is a walking path that connects Fiesa and Piran and continues on to Bernardin and Portorož. The centre of Piran is about 10 min away. If you want to get to the lake in Fiesa, you need about 5 minutes on foot.

In Piran there is also an interesting museum of underwater activities and magical shells and an aquarium. From Piran you can also set off by catamaran to Venice or visit the Postojna Cave or the Škocjan Caves, which are about 40-50 km from the accommodation.

The log cabin is below the Hotel Jelka na Pokljuka, where there is a restaurant, a sauna and a sports hall with play equipment. Bled is about 12 km away, Bohinj about 15 km.
