The products from the Knez homestead are kakovostni izdelki, which are a speciality on the Slovenian market, since they are based on specially selected varieties. At the Knez homestead there are plantations of olives, persimmons, artichokes, figs and some other fruit and vegetables.
The microclimate of Strunjan, ideal sunny slopes with rich soils , which reflect the remains of the sea and the salt pans, give the produce a special note.
Changeable weather conditions are also reflected in the final products. The farm produces goods as nature offers them, since working in harmony with nature bears the finest and best fruit.
