Križman Inn and Brewery, Kozina is an excellent Istrian inn that has crossed tradition with demand in its offer.
In this corner of Slovenia you cannot do without jota and minestrone, which are dangerously good. Refošk is at home here, so do try it. Gnocchi with game are a delicacy of their own; every day you can get fresh roast suckling pig and the house speciality – noodles with truffles.
